WHERE DO WE SHIP? 
We currently ship pan India.  


SHIPPING TIMELINES 
The product(s) take anywhere between 7-10 business working days 
(Monday –Friday) to reach you depending on your location. This excludes 
weekends and any Indian Public holidays. As soon as your order is 
dispatched, we will notify you and you may track your order thereon. 


RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS 
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 
As our entire collection is handcrafted and especially made according to 
your fit, it become difficult for us to entertain returns on the products. 
However, we do offer exchange in a few cases (please go through our 
exchange policy below). We do not accept returns once the product has 
been delivered. All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds after 
delivery. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing 
your purchase. In case of any issues with your order upon receipt, you may 
contact us at zeevakids@gmail.com within 48 hours for assistance.  


EXCHANGE POLICY 
Every order is made and packed with utmost care and affection. We try not 
to leave any gaps in providing the best to you.  
You can exchange the received product in case of size misfit or product 
damage within 3 days of receiving the product. An unboxing video is 
compulsory. 
ELIGIBILITY 
● The size received does not fit you 
● You have received an incomplete or wrong order 
● The product is damaged or defective. 
Please Note: 
● Exchanges are subject to stock availability 
● The item must be returned with original packaging 
● The labels/tags must be intact 
● Your item must be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged 
condition 
● If the exchange request is made outside the specified time frame, 
it will not be entertained 
You can email us at zeevakids@gmail.com to initiate the process. 
Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product. Include 
your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to 
retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business working days for our 
team to get back to you to tell you the procedure to follow. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to 
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you 
of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your 
refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your 
credit card or original method of payment for the original amount paid. 


PAYMENT 
We accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, and Net banking. We accept 
payments through UPI also.
