WHERE DO WE SHIP?Β 
We currently ship pan India. Β 


SHIPPING TIMELINESΒ 
The product(s) take anywhere between 7-10 business working daysΒ 
(Monday –Friday) to reach you depending on your location. This excludesΒ 
weekends and any Indian Public holidays. As soon as your order isΒ 
dispatched, we will notify you and you may track your order thereon.Β 


RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDSΒ 
RETURN AND REFUND POLICYΒ 
As our entire collection is handcrafted and especially made according toΒ 
your fit, it become difficult for us to entertain returns on the products.Β 
However, we do offer exchange in a few cases (please go through ourΒ 
exchange policy below). We do not accept returns once the product hasΒ 
been delivered. All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds afterΒ 
delivery. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completingΒ 
your purchase. In case of any issues with your order upon receipt, you mayΒ 
contact us at zeevakids@gmail.com within 48 hours for assistance. Β 


EXCHANGE POLICYΒ 
Every order is made and packed with utmost care and affection. We try notΒ 
to leave any gaps in providing the best to you. Β 
You can exchange the received product in case of size misfit or productΒ 
damage within 3 days of receiving the product. An unboxing video isΒ 
compulsory.Β 
ELIGIBILITYΒ 
● The size received does not fit youΒ 
● You have received an incomplete or wrong orderΒ 
● The product is damaged or defective.Β

● Exchanges are subject to stock availabilityΒ 
● The item must be returned with original packagingΒ 
● The labels/tags must be intactΒ 
● Your item must be unwashed, unused and in an undamagedΒ 
conditionΒ 
● If the exchange request is made outside the specified time frame,Β 
it will not be entertainedΒ

Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product. IncludeΒ 
your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure toΒ 
retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business working days for ourΒ 
team to get back to you to tell you the procedure to follow.Β 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email toΒ 
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify youΒ 
of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then yourΒ 
refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to yourΒ 
credit card or original method of payment for the original amount paid.Β
