1. Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
  • The item must be in resalable condition

Any product failing quality checks will be sent back to the customer.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalised pieces
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear
  • Minor colour or weave variations due to handloom and natural dyeing (these are not defects)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the issue along with your order number

Requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To raise a request, WhatsApp or email us with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Supporting images (if applicable)

Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.

6. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is arranged subject to serviceability
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
  • Reverse pickup charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are made in the form of Zeeva store credit
  • Store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Store credit can be used on all products across www.zeevakodomo.com
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to size and product availability
  • Once the returned product is picked up and quality-checked, the replacement is dispatched
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued
